The Pasta Barra dining room

Digital presence proposal, October 2026

One platform.
Everything connected.

Bookings, messages, orders and reviews managed in one system on Velos, so that your time goes to the Pasta Club, the meal kits and the next location. The demonstration in the middle of this page is interactive.

One connected system

Velos is the core. Every channel connects to it.

Today, bookings sit in Dineplan, messages in Instagram and Facebook, orders in a Google Form and reviews on Google, with no single customer list. Each is managed separately, by hand.

We implement Velos as the central platform. The website, the Reserve buttons, Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, email, Dineplan bookings, meal kit orders and reviews all feed one customer record and one inbox. Follow-ups, the weekly drop announcement, review requests and lapsed-member reminders are automated.

The platform is structured for multiple locations from the outset. Each location has its own pages, hours, Google Business Profile and reservation path. Each franchisee operates a Velos sub-account under the Pasta Barra brand, with group-level visibility for you. Every drop and delivery run is keyed to a location, so a second kitchen is an addition rather than a rebuild.

What we build

Five components, all integrated with Velos.

The Pasta Barra meal kit box
Packaging concept for the Pasta Club meal kits.

Smart Website

Eight pages, a text-based menu with prices that Google can index, a Dineplan Reserve button in the header of every page, one set of hours synced to Google, and a privacy policy with POPIA consent on every form. Structured for multiple locations.

Week one

Google Business Profile

Category corrected to Italian Restaurant, hours aligned with the website, menu attached, photographs replaced, and the review link added to the post-visit email Dineplan already sends.

Week one

Social cleanup

One tagline, one handle convention and one link in every bio. The second Linktree retired, the inactive order form removed, Reserve connected on Facebook and Instagram, and the TikTok link corrected.

Velos CRM

Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp and email in one inbox. Bookings, enquiries and club orders on one contact record. Three pipelines, welcome and review automations, and domain authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) for reliable email delivery.

Brand kit, included

A complete, consistent identity across every channel.

The current logo is used in several places without a suitable source file. We redraw it as a vector and supply the full set: lock-up, wordmark, pasta mark, light and dark versions, SVG and PNG, favicon and app icon, with a brand guide. We then rebuild the banners and profile images for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google and LinkedIn, and supply email signatures for the team.

A franchisee receives a finished brand from day one.

The Pasta Club, working

A weekly drop rather than a shop. The demonstration below is interactive.

Manny opens this screen on his phone, selects the week's dishes, sets the number of kits, and publishes. The drop page updates automatically. Orders close on Thursday at noon, deliveries run on Friday across Pretoria East, and marking an order delivered sends the customer the cooking video. Payment is processed through Paystack. No catalogue, no stock management and no CMS training required.

Next drop opens Tuesday.

Every month

Content, reviews, the site and the advertising, managed for you.

Twelve posts a month, review management, site maintenance and paid advertising. No AI-generated food imagery.

Twelve posts

Four Reels, four images and four carousels on Instagram and Facebook, with Reels cross-posted to TikTok. You capture footage on your phone from a shot list we provide; we edit, caption, schedule and manage replies.

Paid advertising

Targeted audiences built on Meta and Google Ads: Google search for restaurant bookings and Meta for the meal kits. Campaign management is included. Ad spend of R3,000 to R5,000 a month is paid by you directly to Meta and Google.

Reviews

Requested after every visit, directed to Google, and responded to. Community replies on every post.

The site

Hosting, security, uptime, content edits and the Velos CRM. On Elite: the search programme, four written blogs a month and the AI assistant.

What we fix in week one

The scorecard findings, and what is corrected before the website goes live.

The scorecard shows 35 out of 100, with three pillars at zero: no Google rankings, no inbound links, and a Business Profile categorised as Chef with hours that differ from the website. Across the channels there are four taglines, two handles, two Linktrees, a Facebook button pointing to WhatsApp, and an order link that opens a closed form.

These items do not depend on the new website. The Google listing, the Reserve buttons on Instagram and Facebook, a single bio and link, and removal of the inactive order funnel are completed by day three.

Deliberately left out

Three items excluded from scope, and the reasons.

  • Uber Eats and Mr DTwice-weekly kit delivery does not suit the aggregator model, and commission would remove the margin on each kit. The portal provides direct orders and a customer list that belongs to you.
  • A separate TikTok strategyThe account is inactive and the audience is on Instagram. Reels are cross-posted at no additional cost.
  • AI-generated food imagesAll content is photographed in your kitchen. Your own figures show Manny on camera outperforming produced graphics.

Timeline and terms

Built in two weeks from content sign-off. First drop the following Tuesday.

  1. 1Kickoff and content sign-off on day one. Social cleanup, Google Business Profile and Reserve buttons live by day three. Website built, Velos onboarded, domain authenticated, brand kit delivered.

  3. ThenThe first weekly drop runs on the first Tuesday after go-live.

If either is delayed, the drop launches with email and card payments and the remaining channels are enabled on approval.

Once-off R58,500 outright or 3 × R19,500 interest-free: before kickoff, at site go-live, and when the first drop runs. Monthly billed from launch. Support per the NextGen Support Services guide, signed at go-live. Paystack fees and ad spend at cost. Valid for 30 days from 22 October 2026.

Next steps

A thirty-minute call to confirm the Pasta Club details and the content handover.

On the call we confirm whether the club includes a paid membership tier, whether kits are capped per drop, the supply of logo files and photographs, the hours and address, and the first four kit candidates with prices. A signed quote and deposit follow, and the two-week build begins.
